A confirmed job offer from a UK employer with a valid sponsor licence
A Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS) issued by your employer
A minimum salary of £38,700 per year (or a lower threshold if eligible for ‘tradable points’ or working in a shortage occupation)
English language proficiency at CEFR level B1 (speaking, reading, writing, and listening)
Personal savings of at least £1,270, unless your employer certifies maintenance
A criminal record certificate (if required for your role)
A Tuberculosis (TB) certificate (if applying from a listed country)
An ATAS certificate (if working in certain research fields at PhD level or higher)
